The 4th International Conference on Computer Technology, Information Engineering and Electron Materials (CTIEEM 2024) Successfully Concludes in Zhengzhou

On November 16, 2024, The 4th International Conference on Computer Technology, Information Engineering and Electron Materials (CTIEEM 2024)  concluded successfully in Zhengzhou, Henan. The conference was hosted by Henan University of Engineering and Zhongyuan University of Technology; organized by the School of Electrical and Information Engineering of Henan University of Engineering; co-organized by North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power, Nanyang Institute of Technology, and Pingdingshan University of Software; and supported by Liverpool John Moores University, St. Cloud State University, Lakehead University, and Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. The event brought together top scholars and industry experts in the field of computer science to explore frontier topics and innovative achievements in computer science, information engineering, and electronic materials. Experts and scholars from various universities gathered to participate in keynote speeches, oral presentations, and poster sessions.

The opening ceremony was hosted by Xue Peng, Deputy Dean of the School of Electrical and Information Engineering at Henan University of Engineering.

At the outset of the conference, Zhang Ruilin, Vice President of Henan University of Engineering, and Song Xiaowei, Deputy Secretary of Zhongyuan University of Technology, delivered speeches, warmly welcoming guests from afar. Vice President Zhang highlighted that CTIEEM 2024 serves as an international platform offering scholars a vital opportunity to share knowledge and explore collaborative possibilities.

Following this, Deputy Secretary Song emphasized the importance of enhancing academic exchange and collaboration, expressing hopes that the conference would expand connections and cooperation between academia and industry.

In the keynote sessions, the conference presented several high-level academic talks. Professor Jia Jiyou from Peking University delivered a report titled "Empowering Education with Artificial Intelligence," exploring the transformative potential of AI in modern education.

Subsequently, Professor Wang Xiaoxu from Northwestern Polytechnical University shared research results on "Key Technologies and Applications of Optical Accelerometers," offering new insights into the future of optical sensing technology.

Professor Xiao Li from the University of Science and Technology of China presented significant breakthroughs in brain science with his report "Brain Imaging Representation Learning and its Applications in Brain Disease Diagnosis," showcasing advanced techniques for diagnosing brain diseases.

Following him, Professor Ma Hongbin from Beijing Institute of Technology, in his report "Intelligent Grinding Robot with Adaptive Machine Vision," discussed innovative applications of intelligent grinding robots in vision systems, further advancing intelligent manufacturing.

The afternoon's oral presentation sessions were equally impressive. Zhenyu Guo from Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology shared a new method for synthetic aperture radar imaging with his report "Motion Compensation Algorithm for Vortex SAR Imaging."

Qihang Yu from Henan University of Engineering presented "Real-time Detection of Colorectal Polyps Based on YOLOv10," garnering significant attention in the medical diagnostics field.

Another notable presentation was given by Wenhu Wang from Pingdingshan University, whose report "Interconnection Network Analysis through Ve-degree-based Information Functional Entropy and Complexity" delved into complexity analysis of information networks.

This conference provided an invaluable platform that not only fostered substantial academic exchange but also laid a solid foundation for future collaboration. The organizing committee expressed sincere gratitude to all participants, presenters, and hardworking organizers for their active participation and dedication, which ensured the success of this scholarly event.
