Bio: Meng Weixiao is a tenured professor at Harbin Institute of Technology, the principal investigator of a key project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the director of a national first-class course. His research area focuses on wireless communication and space-air-ground networks. He has led over 40 research projects, including those under the National 863 Program, the National Major Projects, the National Key Research and Development Program, and various National Natural Science Foundation of China projects. He has published five monographs and over 350 papers, with over 7,200 citations on Google Scholar. He has won 11 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards and over 10 international academic awards, and has been granted over 80 national invention patents. He has supervised 85 master's students and 39 doctoral students, and two of his doctoral students have won the best doctoral dissertation award from a national first-class institute. He has received the National Service Award of Heilongjiang Provincial Outstanding Overseas Returnee and was selected into the Ministry of Education's New Century Excellent Talent Program. He also selected as a fellow of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, a fellow of the China Institute of Communications, an Executive Director of the China Command and Control Society and the Electronic Institute of Heilongjiang Province, the chair of IEEE Communications Society Harbin Chapter, and an editorial board member of several international and domestic top journals. He has been selected into the list of the world's top 2% scientists released by Stanford University for four consecutive years.
Speech Title: Space-Air-Ground Integrated Network for 6G + AI
Abstract: This report first briefly reviews the historical evolution of communications technology, introduces the current technological and development trends of 6G + AI, including the overall vision, application scenarios, key technologies, and the integration path of 6G and AI; Then, in combination with the progress of some representative research projects of Harbin Institute of Technology at present, it introduces the technological innovation and application of space-air-ground integrated networks; Finally, in light of the latest development trends of space networks at home and abroad, it presents the integrated satellite communication, navigation, remote sensing and computing, as well as the technical outlook of "Space Data vs Space Computing", an innovative space intelligent networks.

Yulong Qiao

Bio: Qiao Yulong is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the College of Information and Communication Engineering, Harbin Engineering University. His main research areas include signal representation and analysis, statistical image processing, image/video processing and applications, texture analysis and applications. In recent years, he has published over 50 papers in domestic and international journals as well as at major conferences, including more than 20 SCI-indexed papers and over 30 EI-indexed papers. He has received three Heilongjiang Provincial Science and Technology Awards and three Provincial Teaching Achievement Awards. He has led multiple research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
Speech Title: Signal Processing on Graph and Applications
Abstract: Graph is a data representation method that can be used to described the relationships among signals, such as biological networks, social networks, and sensor networks. Graph signal is a signal defined on a graph. Unlike traditional signal processing, signal processing on graph explicitly considers irregular domains and the relationships among signal values. In recent years, as an emerging field in the field of signal processing, signal processing on graph has attracted more and more attention. The graph filters and the signal processing techniques on graph have been applied in signal processing and machine learning fields. This talk mainly introduces graph signals, graph Fourier transform, graph wavelet transforms, graph filters and their application.

Bio: Xiao Xinkai, Master, Associate Professor, Member of China Electrotechnical Society, Member of Heilongjiang Automation Society, Founder of China Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Help Network, General Manager of Harbin Platinum Rui Chuangneng Science and Technology Development Co. He has applied for more than 30 national patents and 2 software copyrights. He has published 5 papers, and since he took up teaching in 2021, he has presided over 1 scientific research and teaching reform project of Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education, and participated in 3 teaching reform projects of Harbin Institute of Information Engineering. He has been awarded the title of “Advanced Individual in Teaching and Educating” at school level. In order to enhance students' “double creation” and practical ability, since joining the company, he has started to research and develop experimental teaching equipment independently, and has completed the research and development of a number of experimental and practical equipments such as the environmental control system, water treatment system, metering and filling system, chemical reaction system, electrical engineering practical equipment, PLC comprehensive experimental bench and so on in one year, and has set up more than 10 research projects for students who stay in the laboratory. We have also set up more than 10 research projects for students, and provided counseling and assistance for students' thesis publication and intellectual property rights application, which guides the direction of students' future employment.
